CHAPATHI

SERVES-2
COOKING TIME-10 TO 12 MIN
INGREDIENTS
1.WHEAT FLOUR-2CUPS
2 SALT -A PINCH
3 WATER-1 CUP

METHOD
1.ADD SALT AND WATER TO THE FLOUR
2.KNEAD IT AND MAKE A SOFT DOUGH
3 SPREAD SOME WHEAT FLOUR ON THE ROLLING SURFACE
4 ROLL IT,HEAT THE TAWA
5 SPRINKLE LITTLE GHEE OR OIL
6 TURN BOTH SIDES AND COOK WELL
