INGREDIENTS
1 LONGGREENCHILLY-30
2 ASAFOETIDA-1
3 TAMARIND -LEMON SIZE
4 OIL
5 SALT
6 MUSTARDSEEDS AND URAD DAAL FOR TEMPERING
METHOD
1 SAUTE THE CHILLY IN HOT OIL
2 ADD SALT AND ASAFOETIDA ONCE THE CHILLY TURNS PALE
3 ADD TAMARIND AND GRIND WELL
4 ADD TEMPERING WITH MUSTARD SEEDS
