BADAM HALWA

INGREDIENTS

1 ALMOND -1 CUP
2 SUGAR -1 CUP
3 ROSEWATER-1TABLESPOON
4 PACHA KARPOORAM-A PINCH
5 GHEE-1TBSP
6 MILK -1/4 CUP

METHOD

1  COARSE GRIND THE SKIN PEELED ALMONDS WITH MILK
2  HEAT A THICK BOTTOM PAN  AND MELT THE GHEE
3  ADD THE GROUND MIXTURE TO  THE HOT GHEE
4  SAUTE IT WELL FOR 10 MIN
5  ADD THE SUGAR,MIX WELL
6  ADD THE ROSEWATER AND THE PACCHAKARPOORAM
7  STIR WELL AND COOK FOR 10 MIN
8  GREASE THE DISH WTH LITTLE GHEE AND POUR THE HALWA
9  SERVE THE DELICIOUS HALWA
