CABBAGE THORAN


INGREDIENTS

1 CABBAGE CHOPPED OR GRATED -1 CUP
2 SHALLOTS SLICED-5  
3 GREEN CHILLY CHOPPED-4
4 CURRY LEAVES
5 SALT
6 OIL-2TSP
7 MUSTARD SEEDS-1/2 TSP
8 GRATED COCONUT-A FIST

METHOD

1  HEAT OIL IN A PAN ,ADD MUSTARD SEEDS,CURRY LEAVES,GREEN CHILLY.SHALLOTS
2  SAUTE FOR A WHILE
3  MICROWAVE CABBAGE FOR 1 MIN OR BOIL IN WATER AND DRAIN OFF THE WATER
4  MIX WELL WITH SALT AND SAUTE FOR FEW MINUTES
5  ADD GRATED COCONUT FOR GARNISHING
