1 CURD -A CUP
2 FENUGREEK SEEDS-1/4 TSP
3 RED CHILLY-4
4 TURMERIC POWDER-1/2TSP
5 SALT
6 PEPPERPOWDER -2 TSP
7 MUSTARD SEEDS-1/4 TSP
8 CURRY LEAVES
9 WATER -1/4 OF A CUP
10CUMINSEEDS- 1/4 TSP

METHOD
1 HEAT OIL IN A PAN
2 ADD MUSTARD SEEDS,RED CHILLY,CURRY LEAVES
3 ADD TURMERIC POWDER,ASAFOETIDA AND SAUTE
4 ADD WATER AND PEPPER POWDER
5 ONCE IT BOILS,SWITCH OFF THE STOVE
6 ADD THE CURD AND MIX WELL
