4 CURRY LEAVES-A FIST
5 ASAFOETIDA - AS REQUIRED
6 BLACK PEPPER-1 TABLESPOON
7 TOOR DAAL -1 TABLESPOON
8 CHANNA DAAL-1 TABLESPOON
9 URAD DAAL -1 TABLESPOON
METHOD
1 DRY ROAST ALL THE INGREDIENTS TILL AROMA COMES IN A LOW FLAME
2 STORE IT AN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER
