1 RAW RICE-1 CUP
2 PAR BOILED RICE-1 CUP
3 URAD DAAL-1/2 CUP
4 CHANNA DAAL-1 CUP
5 ASAFOETIDA-2 PINCHES
6 GINGER-A SMALL PIECE
7 GARLIC -3 CLOVES
8 CURRYLEAVES
9 CORIANDER LEAVES
10 SALT OIL
11 RED CHILLY -8
METHOD
1 SOAK THE DAALS AND RICE FOR 2 HOURS
2 GRIND THE DAALS AND RICE WITH OTHER INGREDIENTS COARSELY
3 HEAT THE TAVA,POUR THE BATTER LIKE DOSA OR UTHAPPAM
4 SPRINKLE LITTLE OIL AROUND THE DOSA
5 COOK WELL AND TURN THE OTHER SIDE
6 SERVE WITH CHUTNEY.
