METHOD
1 MIX SALT ,CHILLYPOWDER ,PEPPER TO THE PRAWN
2 MARINATE FOR 1 HOUR
3 LENGTHWISE SLICE THE GINGER AND GARLIC
4 FRY THE PRAWN
5 HEAT THE VINEGAR AND LET IT COOL
6 IN THAT FRIED OIL ,FRY THE GREEN CHILLY ,GINGER,GARLIC,CURRY LEAVES TILL IT TURNS CRISPY
7 SWITCH OFF THE FLAME
8 POUR THE COOLED VINEGAR TO IT
9 TAKE A CLEAN GLASS BOTTLE WITHOUT MOISTURE
10 POUR SOME PICKLE GRAVY TO THE BOTTLE
11 ADD THE FRIED PRAWNS,THEN VICE VERSA
12 THIS WILL STAY FOR MONTHS WITHOUT DECAY
