CRAB CURRY

INGREDIENTS
  • CRAB
  • CRUSHED GINGER GARLIC-1TSP EACH
  • GREEN CHILLY-5
  • SHALLOTS-A FIST
  • CRUSHED PEPPER-1/2TSP
  • OIL-2TBSP
  • SALT
  • REDCHILLY POWDER-1TSP
  • CORIANDER POWDER-1/2TSP
  • CUMIN POWDER-1/2TSP
  • CURRY LEAVES-A FEW
  • TURMERIC POWDER -1/2TSP
  • WATER-2 CUPS
METHOD

  • ADD SALT,TURMERIC POWDER TO THE WATER AND BOIL IT
  • ONCE IT BOILS,ADD THE CRAB
  • LET IT COOK FOR 5-1O MIN
  • TAKE OUT CRAB AND THE WATER IN SEPARATE BOWLS
  • IN A KADAI,HEAT THE OIL
  • ADD THE SHALLOTS,GREEN CHILLY,CRUSHED GINGER & GARLIC
  • SAUTE FOR AWHILE,ADD ALL THE POWDERS AND STIR WELL
  • ONCE THE RAW SMELL GOES OFF,ADD THE CRAB BOILED WATER
  • AND FINALLY THE CRAB
  • LET IT MIXES WELL IN THE GRAVY ,ADD CURRY LEAVES
  • CLOSE THE DISH WITH A LID FOR FLAVOUR LOCK
  • SERVE AFTER 5 MIN
TIP
 IF U WANT IN A GRAVY ADD SOME MORE WATER WHILE COOKING
