- REDCHILLY POWDER-1TSP
- CORIANDER POWDER-1/2TSP
- CUMIN POWDER-1/2TSP
- CURRY LEAVES-A FEW
- TURMERIC POWDER -1/2TSP
- WATER-2 CUPS
METHOD
- ADD SALT,TURMERIC POWDER TO THE WATER AND BOIL IT
- ONCE IT BOILS,ADD THE CRAB
- LET IT COOK FOR 5-1O MIN
- TAKE OUT CRAB AND THE WATER IN SEPARATE BOWLS
- IN A KADAI,HEAT THE OIL
- ADD THE SHALLOTS,GREEN CHILLY,CRUSHED GINGER & GARLIC
- SAUTE FOR AWHILE,ADD ALL THE POWDERS AND STIR WELL
- ONCE THE RAW SMELL GOES OFF,ADD THE CRAB BOILED WATER
- AND FINALLY THE CRAB
- LET IT MIXES WELL IN THE GRAVY ,ADD CURRY LEAVES
- CLOSE THE DISH WITH A LID FOR FLAVOUR LOCK
- SERVE AFTER 5 MIN
