- CHANNA DAAL

- SALT
- GHEE OR OIL-2TSP
METHOD
- HEAT OIL IN A PAN
- ADD CHANNADAAL,PEANUT OR CAHEWS ,LET IT TURN SLIGHT BROWN
- NOW ADD MUSTARD SEEDS,URAD DAAL
- ONCE IT SPLUTTERS,ADD ONIONS,GREEN CHILLY ,GINGER,CURRY LEAVES
- SAUTE FOR A WHILE
- ADD WATER,SALT AND RISE THE FLAME
- ONCE IT BOILS REDUCE THE FLAME TO LOW ADD SOOJI AND STIR WELL
- ONCE GET COOKED SWITCH OFF THE FLAME
- CLOSE WITH A LID FOR 2 MIN
- NOW SERVE THE DELICIOUS UPMA
