DOSA PODI

INGREDIENTS


1   RED CHILLY -10
2   GARLIC-1
3   CURRY LEAVES -A FIST
4   RICE -  A FIST
5   ASAFOETIDA-1/2 TSP
6   BLACK URAD DAAL-1 CUP
7   SALT - AS REQUIRED


METHOD

1   DRY ROAST ALL THE INGREDIENTS EXCEPT RICE TILL A FLAVOUR COMES
2   AFTER  ROASTING JUST HEAT THE RICE
3    GRIND EVERYTHING TO A FINE POWDER
4    STORE IN A CONTAINER
5     MIX OIL OR GHEE WHILE SERVING
