3 CHOPPED ONIONS-A FIST
4 CURRY LEAVES
5 CHILLY POWDER-1/4 TSP
6 CAULIFLOWER CHOPPED- 1 CUP
7 OIL
8 MUSTARD SEEDS-1/4 TSP
DIRECTION
1 WASH THE CAULIFLOWER THOROUGHLY IN HOT WATER WITH SALT
2 MICROWAVE IT FOR 2 MIN
3 HEAT OIL IN A PAN,ADD MUSTARD SEEDS,FENNEL SEEDS,CINNAMON
4 SAUTE THE ONIONS TILL IT TURN SLIGHT BROWN
5 ADD RED CHILLY POWDER
6 ADD CAULIFLOWER AND MIX WELL AND SAUTE FOR A WHILE.
7 ADD CURRY LEAVES FOR GARNISHING
