EASY FISH CURRY

SERVES-2
INGREDIENTS

1   FISH - 2 TILAPIA OR ANY
2   GINGELLY OIL-4 TBSP
3   TAMARIND-HALF THE SIZE OF A LEMON
4   SHALLOTS-A FIST
5   SALT-AS REQUIRED
6   RED CHILLY -7
7   CUMIN SEED-1/2 TSP

METHOD

1 GRIND TAMARIND,SALT,RED CHILLY,CUMINSEEDS TO A FINE PASTE
2 ALONG WITH  ADD SHALLOTS AND DRIVE THE MIXIE FOR A SECOND
   (SHALLOTS SHOULD NOT BE GROUND WELL)
3 HEAT THE OIL IN A PAN,ADD THE GROUND ITEMS INTO IT
4  SAUTE IT FOR 5 TO 10  MIN
5  ADD WATER AS REQUIRED
6  ONCE IT BOILS ADD THE CLEANED FISH PIECES AND COOK WELL.

TIP
THIS CURRY CAN KEPT UPTO 5 DAYS WITHOUT DECAY.
