EGG PUFFS

SERVES -2
INGREDIENTS
1    THINLY SLICED ONIONS-1
2     RED CHILLY POWDER-1/2 TSP
3     SALT-AS REQUIRED
4    BOILED EGG-1
5    GARAM MASALA POWDER-1/4 TSP
6    OIL-2TSP
7    PUFF PASTRY SHEET


METHOD


1    HEAT OIL IN A PAN
2    ADD THE ONIONS,SAUTE IT,ADD SALT
3    ADD CHILLY POWDER,GARAM MASALA
4    CUT THE EGG INTO HALVES
5    IN THE PASTRY SHEET ADD THE STUFFING WITH EGG
6    ADD CURRY AND CORIANDER LEAVES FOR GARNISHING
7    FOLD AND FIX THE ENDS OF THE PASTRY SHEETS
8    SPRAY EITHER COOKING SPRAY OR APPLY EGG WASH OVER THE SHEET
9     PLACE IN THE OVEN AS MENTIONED  IN THE PASTRY SHEET BOX
10    THE PUFF WILL BE READY IN 12-15 MIN
