INGREDIENTS


1 COCONUT-1 CUP
2 RED CHILLY-8
3 GINGER-A SMALL PIECE
4 GARLIC-2 PIECES
5 TAMARIND-A SMALL LEMON SIZE
6 SALT
7 CURRY LEAVES-A FIST


METHOD
1 DRY ROAST ALL THE INGREDIENTS TILL BROWN, CAREFULLY WITHOUT BURNING
2 MAKE A COARSE POWDER USING MIXIE
