BEAN BURRITO STUFFING

INGREDIENTS

1    RAJMA -1 CUP
2    SEASONING MIX-3OR 4 TSP
3    SALT-AS REQUIRED

METHOD

1   SOAK THE RAJMA OVERNIGHT
2   BOIL IT WELL AND MASH IT
3   ONCE IT TURNS MUSHY ADD THE SEASONING MIX
4    MIX WELL AND SERVE WITH CHAPPATI OR IT CAN ROLLED IN SPRING ROLL SHEETS
5    AS A FINAL TOUCH WE CAN ADD MOZARELLA CHEESE AND CAN BE ROLLED AS     BURRITOS
6    WE CAN ALSO STUFF IT WITH TACO SHELLS
