CABBAGE KOOTTU

INGREDIENTS


1 CABBAGE
2  SHALLOTS-5
3  GREEN CHILLY-4
4  OIL-2 TSP
5  MUSTARD SEEDS


METHOD


1    SHRED THE CABBAGE ADD SALT
2    MICROWAVE IT FOR ONE MINUTE
3    HEAT OIL IN A PAN ADD MUSTARD SEEDS
4    ONCE IT SPLUTTERS ADD SHALLOTS AND CHILLY
5    FINALLY ADD THE CABBAGE,STIR IT WELL
6    ONCE IT COOKED SWITCH OFF THE FLAME
