ELLU CHUTNEY

SERVES-2
INGREDIENTS

1    ELLU- 1 CUP
2    RED CHILLY-4
3    TAMARIND -AS REQUIRED
4    SALT-AS REQUIRED
5    OIL-FOR TEMPERING
6    URAD DAAL AND MUSTARD SEEDS-1/4 TSP
7     CURRY LEAVES-AS REQUIRED

METHOD

1 DRY ROAST THE ELLU  AND RED CHILLY  TILL A FLAVOR COMES
2  GRIND IT WITH TAMARIND AND SALT
3  ADD TEMPERING TO THE CHUTNEY
